We are still waiting for your donations, please hurry up,
contact Cristina on 050 9119807

Espanarab is a UAE based organisation that focuses in providing medical equipment to children's hospitals in underpriviledged rural areas of Africa and Asia.

ESPANARAB raise its funds through social and cultural events in the United Arab Emirates.

EVENTS
The Kings’ Parade, supported by Jumeirah Madinat Souq in Dubai is in its second year and represents the traveling of The Maggi across the Arabian Desert, stopping in Dubai to see its children and bestow them with fantasy, magic and joy.
The Parade is an extravaganza of colour & music for both children and adults alike as it winds its way through the alleyways of the souq, ending at the amphitheatre overlooking the water where a host of musical acts will entertain the audience in a wonderful finale.
Your support is crucial to the event’s success so please join us and help make the Kings Parade one of the year’s most memorable spectacles.

If you wish to volunteer as a company or individual in the Parade, please contact: Cristina Cabrejas-Artola on espanarab@yahoo.com or by calling 050 9119807.

Please see also SPONSORSHIP.

ENDORSEMENT

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
We believe that human values are the hallmark of human evolution and the basis of a peaceful and prosperous world. The foundation for developing human values is a sense of belonging which arises spontaneously through the participation of the whole community. Life skills, educational programmes emphasizing values, as well as multi-ethnic festivals also contribute to the develolpmet of a sense of belonging and an ethic of service, bringing cohesion to families and communities.

Health is the first step towards leading human evolution. Yet vast segments of the world’s population do not have access to proper nutrition or medical care nor have they received even the most rudimentary education in achieving and maintaining good health. Espanarab has initiated various projects in Africa, particularly in Empangeni, Durban (South Africa) which consists in providing medical equipment to children’s hospitals in the most underprivileged rural areas.

Our goal is to reach to the children who have been deprived of health care.

SPONSORSHIP
The Espanarab primary purpose is to promote social and ethical values to benefit the sick children in rural areas. In particular, the objective of this year's parade is to raise money to supply cardiac monitors and saturation machines for the Paediatric Wards of Ngwelezana
Hospital in the rural area of Durban, South Africa. The Espanarab King’s Parade (see further details on EVENTS) is the means by which ESPANARAB reaches out to underprivileged children's hospitals. The King’s Parade is only possible thanks to the generous sponsorships by local and foreign companies and the contributions from the Members who want to express and reinforce their relationship with the Parade. This year we need to raise Dhs250,000 (US$68,027).

If you think you can make a difference as a corporate identity or as a private individual, you may do so by making a donation before January 5th 2009, or simply participate your own way!

Hi Cristina,

as usual it is great to see that wherever you are, you always try your best to bring hope and and a smile who those that need it most.
I think it is a great idea. Good on you. You did great back in England with the help to Bosnia so I am sure many people are having fun with your work and enthusiasm.
Now I continue in Spanish: muy bien tía.

Feliz Navidad. Un besazo Cristina de Susana desde Valencia.
